Kroger Code V (appearing as ###-V#########, RCX#####-######, or DMQAUTH) is a deduction for unsaleable, damaged, or returned merchandise processed through Kroger's reclamation centers. While RCX and DMQAUTH claims are disputed in PRGX Supplier Connect, ###-V reclamation invoices are routed to `kroger.reclaim@prgx.com`. They are disputable if you have an active Swell / Unsaleable Allowance (No-Return policy) or if billing rates include unauthorized handling markups.
