A report covering up to 24 months of your deductions by retailer and code, which ones look invalid and why, an estimated recoverable amount, and the claims closest to their dispute deadline. It takes 72 hours from access and costs nothing.
We only ask for read-only access, or you can send a deduction export instead. We sign an NDA before we look, access is limited to the analysts assigned to you, and you can revoke it at any time.
Most in-house teams have time for the large claims only. We work every deduction, including the small ones, around the clock. Many clients use us alongside their AR team to clear the backlog and keep it clear.
Deduction recovery is 30% of what we recover, invoiced only after the retailer has paid back or credited the amount. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. No setup fee, no minimum.
Disputes start from week two. First recoveries usually arrive within 30 to 90 days, depending on each retailer's processing time.
