From retailer supplier documentation where available, and from our team's own dispute work. Sources are cited on the page.
Who reviews it
Every deduction-code page is reviewed by Laxmi Narayan, our technical reviewer, before it's published and at least twice a year.
Dates
Every page shows when it was last verified.
Corrections
If you see an error, contact us. We correct verified errors within two business days and note the change on the page.
No client data
We never publish client names, figures or documents.
